Jenny Aktar is a Law Clerk at Bell Law, LLC, where she focuses on consumer protection matters. Working under attorney supervision, Jenny meets with clients, assists in drafting consumer lawsuits, conducts legal research, prepares pleadings, and helps build strong cases alongside the litigation team. She is committed to ensuring that each client’s concerns, goals, and voice are clearly and effectively represented.

Jenny earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she was recognized with the Cali Award and served as a Staff Editor for the Energy Law Journal. Before joining Bell Law, she gained experience across litigation, immigration, corporate legal departments, and public service, including work with a congresswoman’s office and immigrant resource organizations.

Jenny was drawn to consumer protection law because too many people are unaware that the protections they are entitled to even exist. She is passionate about helping individuals recognize their own strength, assert their rights, and ensure their voices are heard against larger institutions that too often treat them as just another account or file rather than as a person with real concerns.

Jenny speaks English and Bengali. Outside of the office, she can usually be found outdoors or exploring new coffee shops and restaurants around Kansas City.
