Bryce Bell is the founder of Bell Law, LLC, a plaintiff-side consumer protection firm in Kansas City, Missouri. He has spent over two decades representing consumers in cases involving housing rights, debt collection abuse, auto dealer fraud, Fintech lending violations, and class action litigation across the country.
Recent significant matters include the Aspen Place class action, filed in May 2025 on behalf of 700 displaced residents in Gardner, Kansas after the city condemned the property and ordered residents to evacuate in 48 hours; a certified class action against GreenSky covering thousands of borrowers in the Northern District of California challenging unlawful point-of-sale lending fees set for trial in January 2027; civil rights claims in police-assisted repossession cases; and a habitability bench trial that concluded in June 2026 in Alameda County, California, seeking injunctive relief for building residents and damages for 50 individual plaintiffs. He serves as Missouri State Chair for the National Association of Consumer Advocates and has been recognized by SuperLawyers in Consumer Law and Class Actions every year since 2018.
